Everyone's health and fitness goals are bound to be different. Whether you want to tone those legs, bums and tum, rehabilitate, gain functional strength, a balanced physique, run a 10K or Half Marathon or just be able to climb some stairs without feeling out of breath, AC Fitness Training / Pilates-Inspired can help.

Cadiovascular fitness (heart and lungs), muscular strength and endurance, flexibility/postural alignment motor-skills will be looked at in your programme depending on what you want to achieve. An intial health and fitness screening (45mins - which is free) will establish your health and fitness goals and your targets, a medical history will be assessed and blood pressure taken.

Motivation from your trainer will provide you with the drive to keep going with your programme.

For health and fitness gains it is recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) that planned, structured exercise needs to completed 5-7 times a week for more than 30 mins (accumulative) and at an intensity of 50-90% maximum heart rate using large groups of muscles within the body, for example, walking, rowing, running or cycling.
