AC Pilates is a friendly centre which aims to improve an individual's health and fitness through the use of Pilates inspired exercise.

AC Pilates Studio which recently opened is fully equipped. The studio includes a Reformer, a Trapeze-Table and a Combo Chair.
Participants press or pull against resistant springs, which in turn, allow them to regain core control.

Pilates helps participants regain postural alignment and strength by engaging the deep core abdominals. It improves balance, lengthens muscles, releases tension and boosts the immune system.

Anna is working with physiotherapists and GPs to help people who suffer from chronic joint pain and back problems.

AC Pilates also offers Matwork classes in West Berkshire and aims to bring Pilates Matwork to the community for everyone to enjoy from the beginner to the improver to advanced levels of sporting excellence.

Your Pilates Instructor, Anna Cotgreave (BA, MSc, RSA/OCR, FIA) is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and trained with the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates school.
Anna has a dance and fitness background spanning twenty years and is an Advanced Instructor with fifteen years dance based Pilates training and has been teaching fitness classes and Pilates inspired exercise for many years.
