About Anna Cotgreave RSA/OCR, FIA, MSc

Anna’s passion for Pilates started many years ago whilst she was at dance school. Pilates was an integral part of her strength and core conditioning and prevented injuries. Now, after training for triathlons for 5 years and doing other sports, it has helped with her alignment and performance.

Anna’s love of teaching stems from the satisfaction she gets from helping people so that they are pain free and feel better about themselves and their bodies. She enjoys seeing participants move better, stand taller and with ease after just a few sessions. Pilates is for everyone of all ages and people of all backgrounds.

Your Pilates Instructor, Anna Cotgreave (BA, MSc, RSA/OCR, FIA) is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and trained with the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates school.

Anna has a dance and fitness background spanning twenty years and is an Advanced Instructor with fifteen years dance based Pilates training and has been teaching fitness classes and Pilates inspired exercise for many years.
